Adult Swim's 'Unedited Footage of a Bear' Is Actually Seriously A Dark & Disturbing Horror Film
Infomercials are not usually the thing you watch all the way through, as soon as you realize what they are and the fact that your brain is already being hypmotized into thinking, hey, this product is cool, i need it", you click pause and get the f#ck out of Dodge.
But i guarantee you're not going to see anything weirder today than this terrifying short film from Adult Swim. In fact, you're probably never going to see anything quite this upsetting for some time.
The video is called Unedited Footage of a Bear and starts out innocently enough with, that's right, some footage of a bear. But you get about 30 seconds in when it's interrupted by an "infomercial" for a nasal spray called Claridryl.
Except it's not actually an infomercial but instead is an upsetting horror short that might be some veiled attack on the pharmaceutical industry or might just be a general attack on your sanity.
It features an evil doppelganger who takes over a woman's home and wreaks havoc. What it all means is anyone's guess, you really just have to watch the video and make up your own mind.
And possibly lose your mind too.
It follows on from Adult Swim's previous short film, Too Many Cooks (below), which was dark but nowhere near the subterranean depths of Unedited Footage of a Bear.
