This Brave Man Demonstrates Why You Should Never Leave Your Child In A Hot Car

The subject of leaving an unattended child in a hot car has been in the news a lot recently, one case in Connecticut last week saw a 15-month-old boy die after his father forgot he was in the car. And Justin Ross Harris was charged with murder after leaving his two year old son in a scorching car to die.

Most sane people don't need to be told that leaving your kid in a hot car is dumb and will result in something terrible happening. But one man decided to take action after growing tired of hearing about children unnecessarily dying, because some foolish parent had left them in a baking car.

Terry Williams posted the above video of himself sitting in a car in North Carolina with the windows wound up and the temperature outside hitting 86-90 degrees. As he sits there sweating and gasping for air he warns parents of the dangers of leaving them in a car in this heat.

"As you can see, I'm sweating—like, I can barely breathe out here. But my system is stronger than these little kids' systems." he says continuing. "Man, don't be the next fool on the damn news talking about you left your kids in the backseat. Share this message."
