Disney Princesses Get Re-imagined As Velociraptors In This Amusing Series By Artist Laura Cooper

You've probably often laid there late at night struggling to get to sleep because your imagination is in overdrive trying to imagine what the various Disney princesses would look like as raptors. We all do.

But you can rest peacefully now because artist Laura Cooper who runs web comic XP obviously suffers from the same condition as the rest of us and in a creative cathartic moment has created a series called Velociprincess which does just that. Which is nice of her.

Disney's princesses, from Snow White to Elsa, are transformed into cute looking velociraptors, complete with their movie costumes and a dino-inspired, more bloodthirsty version of their catchphrase.

Writing about the project Cooper says:

This is my collection of Disney Princesses as raptors. In honor of the movie Jurassic World, I decided to illustrate some raptors the way I feel they should be portrayed; as princesses. In the words of my self, “A princess is many things, and a raptor is one of them.” -me.

And being raptors equipped with razor-sharp teeth and curved claws, they certainly wouldn't need a prince to come rescue them. Unless of course it was Chris Pratt.
