And it's basically a strange interaction of intense staring and some crying—and Dr Phil looking expectant and a little bit disappointed.

Just try and sit through it without feeling awkward, it's pretty much impossible. Instead you'll come away feeling like a little piece of your humanity has been stripped away.

It's difficult to tell if it is so overly awkward as it was intense --or so intense as it was awkward. Scary stuff indeed.
