Glow-In-The-Dark Hair Is Lighting Up 2016 With Its Bright Styles And Rainbow Hues
It's 2016. That's a futuristic date if ever you saw one. And if there's one thing that screams "FUTURE!" it's glowing neon. So it's only fitting that the year starts off with a trend in hairstyles that features glow-in-the-dark rainbow colors. You have to admit, it does look pretty amazing.
2015 saw it's fair share of weird hair trends (remember peacock hair? Heart/butt hair?) so now it's 2016 chance to, um, glow. The only question is, are you brave enough to give it a try?
The hair, which is also called "blacklight hair," is created using a special dye by NYC company Manic Panic called High Voltage Cream Classic, which radiates under ultraviolet light. It also comes with names to match like Cotton Candy Pink, Atomic Turquoise, Electric Banana, and Fuschia Shock.
It means by day your hair is all the colors of the rainbow and then when it's time to party, you can glow under the black lights, meaning it's perfect for ravers.
