KFC Canada Has Created A Chicken Bucket That Doubles As A Bluetooth Printer
If you thought that fried chicken and Bluetooh printing had nothing in common, you'd be very mistaken. Because KFC Canada has decided to celebrate 60 years of the fast food chain operating on Canadian soil by releasing a limited edition chicken bucket printer.
Yes, you read that right, it's an actual chicken bucket, full of your favorite deep-fried fowl-food, with a built in printer. Because it's the perfect synergy, right? I would have loved to have been in the boardroom when the advertising agency pitched this whacky concept. Mad men indeed.
Called Memories Bucket it connects to your smartphone via Bluetooth and lets you print out whatever photo you want. Maybe a selfie of you covered in deep fried chicken grease with the bones of devoured poultry littering the bottom of the shot?
If you want to get your chicken-grease ridden hands on one, KFC said they'll be giving away some soon.
You need to keep an eye on their Facebook wall for further deets. It's similar, in a low-tech gimmicky way, to the Pizza Hut movie projection box.
Welcome to the 21st century. Where pizza boxes double as movie projectors and chicken buckets can print your polaroids. What a time to be alive.
