Watch Out Grumpy Cat - Koyuki The Frowny Feline Is Staking A Claim On Your Surly Throne

Grumpy Cat has long reigned supreme as the internet's surliest kitty, but now her time may be up. There's a new pretender to her throne and she goes by the name of Koyuki (which means 'light snow' in Japanese).

Or Frowny Cat.

Frowny Cat is 9 years-old, is a Scottish Fold breed, lives in Yokohama, Japan and looks seriously pissed off with you. In fact, she looks seriously unimpressed with everything around her. But that's cats for you.

Resting Bitch Face is her default expression and she can floor a mouse at twenty paces with that look.

Like any fame-hungry cat worth their salt, Koyuki has an Instagram page (and of course a Facebook and Twitter account) where you can check out her range of expressions.

Expressions which range from fierce to fiercer. Helped by the markings on Koyuki’s forehead which add to her icy expression.

Even though she looks like one of the angriest-looking cats i think I’ve seen that, glare doesn't mean she's always f*cked off with the world. She was just born that way. Just don't get on her bad side.

Or get in the way of her death scowl. You might turn to stone.
