They're works of art that are part of the canon of Western painting, from the brushstrokes of some of the most famous painters who have ever graced an art history text book.
Names like Titian and Velázquez and works like A Man with a Quilted Sleeve or The Lady with a Fan.
They sit in world-class galleries staring back at the hordes of people that stand in front of them day in, day out.
But what if these classical paintings by the Old Masters came into contact with the modern clickbait headlines?
That's what Matthew Britton has imagined in his hilarious and brilliant Tumblr blog Old Masters Buzzfeed, where the aforementioned artworks get retitled as "23 Secrets A Man With A Quilted Sleeve Won't Tell You" and "47 Things You Didn't Know About The Lady With A Fan." They're ludicrous and fun.
