These Roommate Notes Are Hilarious, As Long As They're Happening To Someone Else
Living alone comes with its issues, but the occasional sense of loneliness is nothing compared to the trials and tribulations that you're often put through when you have roommates.
We've all been there. They've eaten your food, had intercourse in your bed, not done the washing up, have turned the kitchen into an abomination and left it like that. Yes, sadly we have all been there.
Or started a party in the living room late at night when you're trying to sleep for work the next day, the list goes on and on. The likelihood is that you've been both victim and offender.
But along with all these actions there's also the notes that roomies leave each other. Sometimes passive aggressive, sometimes just aggressive. Sometimes creative or amusing, sometimes just plain rude.
They go hand-in-hand with sharing a home with someone. Whether they're a stranger, friend, or family member.
There's even an Instagram hashtag - #roommateissues - for people to post their roommate notes of woe, think of it like some kind of global house-sharing support group.
