'Selfie Fables' Imagines What It Might Look Like If Disney Characters Had Instagram Accounts

If you've been lying awake at night struggling to imagine with all your might just what it might be like if your favorite Disney characters had Instagram accounts, then imagine no more!

Because Italian illustrator Simona Bonafini has done just that.

From Elsa and Anna selfies to Cinderella showing off her outfit, the fairy tale characters from Disney movies are dragged into the modern social media age, complete with duck faces and selfie poses.

There's even all the signature Instagram paraphernalia that we have come to hate love, #hashtags, filters, narcissism, and comments that hint at the stories the characters originate from.

Because, lets face it, If Disney fairy tale characters actually existed in real life, they would definitely have Instagram. And we'd probably all be following them.

As well as Disney, Bonafini's also a big fan of Game of Thrones, which is referenced in one of the images. And on her Tumblr she's created a collection of GoT playing cards.
