Frat Party Ends With House Burning Down, Someone Records Entire Thing On Snapchat

Everyone likes to party hard, but there has to be limits. Like, have fun but try not to burn the house down—which is what happened at a frat party hosted by the Sigma Chi International Fraternity at Chico State University last Friday.

Someone recorded the whole thing for Snapchat, which details the evening turning from a raucous chant-fest of "USA! USA!" and a girl leaping from a rooftop, to the "Oh my God" horror as the house catches fire—the Snapchat recording dryly notes "They burnt the house down."

Nobody was injured but the house took a beating:
